get_read_data_phase()
This blocking procedure gets a read data phase that is uniquely identified by the transaction_id
argument previously created by the create_read_transaction() procedure. It sets the
data_beat_done array index element field to 1 when the phase completes. If this is the last phase
(beat) of the burst, then it sets the transaction_done field to 1 to indicate the whole read
transaction is complete.
For AXI3 the get_read_data_phase() also sets the RREADY protocol signal at the
appropriate time defined by the transaction record data_ready_delay field when the phase
completes.
