The Quartus

II JBI Player executes Jam/STAPL files (JBC).

Usage

quartus_jli [-h | --help[=<option|topic>] | -v]

quartus_jli -n --- list available hardware

quartus_jli -i <jam file> --- list available actions

quartus_jli [-c <cable>] <jam/jbc file> -a <action> [-d <proc>] [-e <proc>]

This command supports the following options:
